Nylon CF15 is a Nylon basedcarbon fibres reinforced material for the FFF (also known as FDM) 3D printing technology.It is characterized not only by high strength, rigidity and high thermal or chemical resistance, but also by great processing stability and rheological properties.Thanks to the filler, thismaterial excels by alow thermal expansion. It is suitable for printing of frequently stressed parts, for example bearings, cogwheels, reinfor-cement parts etc. This material contains milled carbon fibres 100 μm long.

The material is flexible inthin layer, but with very high inter-layer adhesion.Its low friction coefficient and high melting temperature makes it an excellent choice for printing functional and technical parts.The materialhas great chemical resistance even at higher temperatures.Itis resistant to hydrolysis, it means tohot water up to 80 °C. It keeps its properties after ionizing and UV radiation.The filament complies with the require-mentsfor food contact applications.

PEEK offers a unique combination of high mechanical properties, temperature resistance and excellent chemical resistance.
It is indicated for applications that need resistance and rigidity, as well as ductility. It is chemically resistant to aggressive environments and suitable for sterilization for medical and food contact applications. It has very good resistance to UV rays and external conditions, which is why it is recommended for outdoor use.
